Oblix gives you complete control over your personal data. You can delete your account and permanently erase your personal information at any time directly inside the Oblix mobile app or web settings.
How to Delete Your Account
Follow these 4 simple steps inside your Oblix mobile application or web portal.
Log In to OblixActive Step
Sign in with your registered phone number / credentials.
Launch the Oblix app or website and log into your account using your verified phone number or credentials.
Go to Profile
Tap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar.
Open Settings
Tap on Settings from the profile menu.
Delete Account
Scroll down to the bottom and tap the Delete Account option.

Data Erasure & Retention Policy
Understand what happens to your data when you request account deletion.
Erased Immediately
The following personal data and authentication identifiers are purged instantly from active databases:
- Profile info (Name, Phone number, Email, Avatar)
- Firebase authentication tokens & active sessions
- Active auction bids & unsold smartphone listings
- Personal saved preferences & search history
- Push notification tokens & device mappings
Statutory Retention Note
Certain anonymized financial records are retained solely to comply with trade and tax regulations:
- Completed sales invoice IDs & payment receipts (Mandatory statutory tax period)
- Dispute resolution logs for completed transaction escrow settlements
- Hashed hardware identifiers to prevent fraudulent account re-creation
- Archived customer support tickets (Stripped of personal contact info)
Lost Access to Your Phone or App?
If you cannot log in or no longer have access to your registered mobile device, our Data Protection team can process your deletion request manually after verifying ownership.
